Lamborghini Challenges Veyron With Aventador
The design of the Lamborghini Aventador is radical with its frontal nose reminding us of a fighter jet. Powered by a massive V12 engine, Lamborghini fans assumed this car would be the fastest car in the world. While Lamborghini had always focused on improving the top speed of its models, the Aventador appears to be an exception. The Italian sports car maker has focused more on improving the handling and the results are evident,
The Aventador is by far the best handling car from Lamborghini. It wont be a surprise if it will become the carmaker's best selling model. While most Lamborghinis were considered too mad for a regular use the Aventador car reverse the perception by its refined and powerful performance.
Powered by an Audi built 6.5litre V12 engine capable of generating a whopping 690 bhp, the Aventador can sprint to 100kmph in a mind boggling 2.9 seconds and reach a top speed of a whopping 350kmph. We might not expect to see this super car in India as we all know our roads with all their bumps and potholes will not allow usage of such cars.
Lamborghini has hinted that it will also launch a convertible version of the Aventador and this will be car to watch out for. We all know the Bugatti has sold the last of its Veyrons. If top speed is the only consideration, the the Veyron is something we will always recommend. The Lamborghini Aventador comes as the best option when you require top speed, exhilaration as well as refinement in one package.
