Hyundai Launches All New Verna
Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) Managing Director and CEO H W Park said: "We are confident that all new ''Verna'' will create a new benchmark and raise the bar for the upper mid-size car in India. The launch today further reinstate our commitment to provide the best in class, design, quality and technology to our customers."
Hyundai also said the new Hyundai Verna sedan will be avaialable in ten different variants with the top spec version coming with an automatic gearbox. The wide variety of specifications will definitely help the consumer choose the right variant for himself.
The new Hyundai Verna sedan is slightly longer than the present version. The new Hyundai Verna is the Korean carmaker's first car in India to follow its 'Fluidic Sculpture' design. Further it has been designed in such a way that it looks wider from the outside and more spacious in the inside despite a marginal increase in size. Hyundai's designer call this 'Visual Width'. The new Hyundai Verna will also offer a premium look with chrome being used extensively in the exterior design.
Further technical specifications of the new model will be made available soon. Hyundai's latest model will compete with other C-segment sedans and will offer decent fuel economy and value for money. Hyundai had carried out a sleek marketting campaign showing small glimpses of the new model before finally launching it today.
