Ford Unveils All New Fiesta at 8.23 Lakhs
Ford India has claimed the all new Fiesta comes with a beautiful kinetic design that provides the mid-level sedan a premium look. The interiors also get a new classier finish. Further Ford added the new Fiesta will have the best in class interior quietness thanks to use of more noise reducing materials.

The new Ford Fiesta boasts of several features that are standard. ABS, EBD, driver and passenger airbags, steering wheel audio controls, voice control, cruise control and air conditioning are some of the standard features. The top end Titanium+ gets additional features such as Pull Drift Compensation, Bluetooth connectivity, voice activated climate control and auto-fold mirrors.
As far as the Fiesta's power delivery systems,its gets a 1.5-litre TiVCT petrol engine and a 1.5-litre TDCI diesel engine. The petrol engine can generate 106bhp while delivering a fuel economy of 17kmpl.The less powerful diesel engine of the Fiesta can develop 90bhp.Further the Fiesta diesel also claims class leading fuel economy of 23.5kmpl.
The all new Ford Fiesta also boasts of several active and passive safety features which include ABS, driver and passenger air bags. The passive safety of the sedan is enhanced by the use of a special form steel that maintains the rigidity of the body. The fenders are made of energy absorbent materials that will reduce the amount of force on passengers in case of an impact.
Ford India went on stress about the new Fiesta's low cost of ownership against rivals such as the Maruti Suzuki SX4, Honda City, Volkswagen Vento and the new Hyundai Verna. Ford is also offering a 2-year/100,000 km warranty.
