Fiesta to become Fiesta Classic

Ford India is contemplating on the change of brand name for Fiesta as Fiesta Classic once the Fiesta range of 299 gets launch later this year. There after all the Fiesta ranges will be bracketed under this Fiesta Classic branding. The defining Fiesta is set to arrest the attention of the customers with its salon design.

Fiesta Range under the brand of Fiesta Classic will be fitted with the still powerful engine of 1.6lit petrol motor for yielding 118bhp while the diesel will be of 90bhp as this will be upgraded from 1.4 (68bhp) to 1.6 lit with the essential 20.7kgm torque.

One of the best feature of Fiesta Range is the unique interior. The plastic mould of the car resembles Mazda suiting the superior standards. All these are incorporated for delivering style and comfort at single steering along with DSG-oriented dual-clutch automatic gearbox for this new car under the Fiesta Classic.

The technology is of the Fiesta Range combined Japanese and European standards to take the generation next. Ford aims to launch this car during Q2 of this year with the proposed price of Rs6.80 lakh - Rs7.70 lakh under the Fiesta Classic.
