BMW Secure Advanced Launched
The carmaker said the BMW Secured Advanced scheme was introduced to enhance the overall ownership experience of a BMW automobile and thus ensure complete customer satisfaction. The new scheme is now available across the complete BMW range in India and is an additional service beyond warranty or insurance and provides benefits from tyre replacement, rim damage to loss of key and road side assistance.
BMW will bear the cost of replacement for a set of four rims if the car's rims are damaged. The scheme provides BMW customers this facility provided the damage is hampering the functionality of the vehicle within 1 year from date of retail sale of vehicle. Tyres are also covered under the new scheme provided the vehicle meets the terms and conditions. Repair costs caused by a hydrostatic lock are also covered under the new scheme. Roadside assistance for all BMW owner will be free for 2 years from the date of retail sale of the vehicle.
The BMW Secure Advanced scheme also offers roadside assistance service which is available 24/7 at any given day of the year. This facility can be availed if the vehicles becomes completely immobile. BMW will provide ten litres of fuel if the car has run out of fuel. This facility which is available all across India. BMW will also offer hotel accommodation if required. The BMW Secure Advanced scheme will also provide a spare key if the BMW owner loses it. Usually a BMW owner has to shell out Rs.25,000 to get a spare key.
The launch of the BMW Secure Advanced scheme is surely a win-win for the BMW owner and as well as the BMW India. While the owner can get assistance when needed, this also shows the confidence BMW has on its products.
