Mahindra is finally going to end the mystery around its Global SUV, the XUV 500 by unveiling it today at its facility in Pune. The XUV 500 has been one of the of the most awaited new cars in recent times. Mahindra has developed a new global SUV platform and the XUV 500 is the first car to use it.

Mahindra has been building the hype around the XUV 500 intelligently. It has launched a special website for the new SUV in which visitors can guess the price and stand a chance of winning the XUV 500. It has also asked readers to like its Facebook fan page and as an incentive is offering new glimpses of the soon to be unveiled SUV.

There have been several reports about the XUV 500s looks, design, engine specifications, interior fittings and seating options. All these questions will finally be answered today. It is expected to be priced just above the flagship Scorpio but below the Xylo premium SUV.
