At a time when carmakers are offering discounts only on petrol cars Skoda has surprised everybody by offering huge discount on the Laura's diesel variant. The Skoda Laura's diesel variant which costs Rs14.23 lakhs now gets a discount of Rs.70,000 taking its price down to Rs13.73 lakhs.

The Skoda Laura's discount will mean one of the most liked premium sedans will become more affordable. However there is one condition. This offer is valid for just two more days. The Skoda Laura is one of the most liked products from Skoda. According to information received from sources, the Skoda Laura's ambition variant gets a cash discount of Rs.50,000. The Laura Elegance variant gets a Rs.70,000 discount bringing its price to Rs.15.05 lakhs as against the usual price of Rs.15.75 lakhs.

Skoda is hoping the discounts will make the Laura more attractive to buyers than its closest competitors such as the Honda Civic, Toyota Camry and the Volkswagen Passat.
