Nissan Cuts Micra Price As Festive Discounts

Nissan Motors has joined the list of carmakers offering huge discounts on their cars during this festive season. In a new press ad, Nissan has announced a Rs.50k drop in the Micra's price. The Nissan Micra which retails for Rs.4.1 lakh will be now available for Rs.3.6 lakhs.

This astonishing price reduction will mean the Micra will be cheaper than the Ford Figo Lxi and even the Maruti Suzuki Wagon R Lxi. The Micra has been Nissan's best selling cars in India with over 20,000 sales. Nissan builds the Micra at its plant in Chennai.

The Micra has been considered a great car but its price tag above RS.4 lakhs made it slightly more expensive than the Figo and the Wagon R. But the current discount offer will make a difference and we expect more sales to happen. However this discount offer is a limited offer that will end this October itself.
