In another surprise the Maruti Suzuki Kizashi has emerged as the fourth best googled car in India. This premium sedan from the Japanese carmaker is imported as a completely built unit and costs More than Rs.20 lakhs. Maruti Suzuki had imported just 50 models in 2010 and is now reporting more than 100 monthly sales.
The fifth spot for the most searched car model goes to the Chevrolet Beat. The Beat is one entry level car that has captured the imagination of car buyers with its peppy design and wacky colours. This small car from Chevrolet has been searched highly in the recent past after General Motors launched the diesel Beat.
Nissan has made its entry in to the most googled car list with its Micra small car. The Micra is being built at Nissan's Chennai facility. The company recently celebrated the production of one lakh Micras. One notable point about the Micra is just 15,000 units have been sold in India and the rest have been exported.
