Nissan Unveils Futuristic Concept – Pivo 3
The seating layout is akin to the McLaren F1 super car in which the driver sits right in the middle of the front cabin. This enables improved visibility to the driver. Like all electric cars the Pivo 3 has to be charged at an electric point. The interesting feature of this concept car is that it will search for the point by itself and parks there and charges itself.
Another interesting feature is its Automated Valet Parking. The feature will allow for a tension free parking as the car will find a suitable parking spot by itself. Whats more, the driver can control the car using his smart phone. The Pivo 3's appearance remins us about the Renault Twingo concept vehicle.
The Pivo 3 can be summoned by the driver to a particular location using a smart phone application. The car has a set of cameras around it that will act as its eyes and it can travel at low speeds without steering assistance from the driver. Designed as a city run about the Pivo 3 has a short turning radius of 13 feet. It carries its battery under the rear seats.
