The car has the concept of 'rough road package" slightly differing from the apex model, suitable for European conditions. Yeti will invite competitors from BMW through X1slated for launch in December. Both these SUVs are to perform on the idea of off-road as there are giants like Scorpio from M&M and Safari from Tata thereby making a growth of 22 percent (sale of 1.83 lakhs) in April-October 2010.
