New Volvo SUV XC60

The ensuing festival days will see a new incumbent to the Indian car market from Volvo Cars India. The company has planned to launch its new SUV, Volvo XC60, in November thereby increasing its position in the car market. This entry will mark Volvo Cars India"s break into the luxury SUV segment in India.

Volvo Cars India boasts that XC 60 SUV will amalgamate the sporty design and smartness of safety and luxury. The price of this Volvo SUV car is yet to be revealed but the MD of the company remarked that Volvo Cars India believes in providing latest technology to the value based purchase of the customers. The parallel action will be the increase of sale volume in the domestic market, he added. The Volvo SUV will enfold laser and camera enabled automatic braking for city traffic to offer the variations in style and safety, he said further.

The existing models from Volvo Cars India are Volvo XC 90 (luxury SUV) and Volvo S80 (luxury sedan) marketed through its dealers in New Delhi, Chandigarh, Kochi, Hyderabad and Mumbai. More dealerships are in the offing in Ahmedabad, Pune, Coimbatore.
