Tata Motors Signs Memorandum With Telco

Tata Telco Memorandum

A memorandum of resolution has been contracted between the Tata Motors management and the Telco Workers Union (TWU) on pay revisal of its employees. The settlement will be in effect for the period between from April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2013.

The settlement let in a minimal fitment assured welfare of Rs 1800 plus one increase in the retooled grade whereas the fitment profit for impermanent employees will be Rs 1250. TWU's general secretary said on the whole roughly 10,000 employees would be profited abiding by the settlement.
