Mr. Rajiv Bajaj, MD of Bajaj Auto have given clue that the small car from Bajaj will be an extreme value for money, given that Nano is already amongst the cheapest car in the world. Tata Motors grabbed the attention of the world auto market by providing the cheapest car Tata Nano as promised by its Chairman Ratan Tata at Rs. 1 lakh.
Now, Bajaj, being a revolution maker in Indian two wheeler segment, with its launch of Pulsar brand, is attempting to enter the 4 wheeler market with this, yet to be named low cost car. Bajaj's low cost car can be anticipated to be surprising in its performance and styling rather than purely emphasizing on budget constraint and cutting down features.
