Tata Nano's New Ad Commercial

In the new Ad commercial, Tata Nano is shown zooming through narrow roads and rocky terrains and the Ad concept is of a small girl waiting for her father to drive home the car for the first time. The wait is finally paid when she sees the car from the terrace of her home. The girl happily hugs Tata Nano applying the kajal on it from her eyes to save the car from the evil eyes as a large crowd is staring at her with the brand new Tata Nano. The whole idea of the new Ad is to target the lower-middle-class families living in the small towns of the country. In November 2010, Tata Motors reported a massive 85 percent fall in the car sales against the peak of 9,000 units sold in July this year. The company could merely sell only 509 units of this car in the Indian market.
Meanwhile, in another move for improving its sales and to gain customer's confidence, Tata motors is offering many free additional safety features along with extension the warranty on Nano to 4 years from earlier warranty of 2 years. The company has also offered a special loan scheme to its buyers, according to which they will be able to get up to 90 percent loan for Nano within just 48 hours. The finance will be offered by Tata Motors Finance on easy interest rates.
