Tata Motors Launches Indica V2 Turbomax

Tata Motors has launched a new variant of its Indica V2, named as 'Turbomax'. The BS IV emission norms that was implemented in 13 cities across India including the metros has prevented the sales of BS III compliant Indica V2 from selling in these cities. But, the demand for Indica V2 prevails and hence, Tata Motors has launched the BS IV compliant Indica V2 Turbomax.

Indica V2 Turbomax is powered by a 1.4L turbocharged engine producing a maxium power of 71PS @ 4500rpm and a peak torque of 135Nm @ 2500rpm. Tata claims an ARAI certified mileage of 19Kmpl.

Indica V2 Turbomax is available in two versions, DLE (the taxi segment) without power steering feature and DLS with power steering feature. DLS is also available in attractive colors such as Furnace Red, Magnesium Gray, Arctic Silver and Mint White, while DLE is available only in Arctic Silver and Mint White.
