Ssangyong Motors attracts another bidder Ruia Group!

The Ruia Group is the new bidder from Indian Auto space apart from Renault, Nissan and Mahindra to bid for the Ssangyong Motors of Korea by August 2010. According to a spokesman of Ruia Group, the due diligence is over and the company will make their bid by August 10. Ruia Group Chairman Pawan Kumar Ruia will meet the Ssangyong"s management officials by the end of July.

Ruia Group owns the Dunlop Tyres , Falcon Tyres and Monotona Tyres. Ruia Group is also involved in Automobile Sealing System through Schlegel Automotive Europe Ltd and Draftex. Headquartered in Kolkata, the Ruia Group has a workforce of about 9000 skilled, committed and qualified professionals.
The Ruia Group today has a pan-India presence with manufacturing facilities at Kolkata and Sahaganj (West Bengal), Chennai (Tamil Nadu), Mysore (Karnataka) and offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Bhubaneswar.
