New Nissan Sedan Ready To Launch 2011

The 8th China International Auto Exhibition happened to be the ideal avenue for Nissan to unveil its New Global Sedan. Nissan new Sedan will reach the Chinese roads in January 2011 followed by India in Q3 of 2011. The new Nissan sedan will resemble the special features of Micra and be based on V platform to counter Maruti Suzuki"s Swift Dzire, Tata Indigo Manza, and Toyota Etios.

The company said the higher versions are to be pitted against Maruti"s SX4 and Ford Fiesta. The variants of petrol and diesel are not ruled out as the recently launched Micra has received good response since its launch.

Nissan new sedan will come out with technical specifications and product name during the time of launch, it said though plans are there to market this sedan in more than 170 countries under different brand names. The Chinese market will get this Nissan new sedan christened as Sunny.
