MLR Motors gets 225 acres from AP government
The car maker MLR has got sanction of 225 acres from the Andhra Pradesh government for producing cars in Medak district. The official orders have been issued by the AP government in this regard on the condition that the car maker should finish financial closure by October 2010. The car company had this financial closure hit due to economic recession and Satyam debacle.
Of these the latter- Satyam scam- brought a huge impact on the entrepreneurial crisis in the state. The detailed car project has been drawn by Price Waterhouse, which turned to be a major blockade for the company to gain entry into the car market. Hence the company had to approach some other agency to materialize this deed.
