Maruti Suzuki's Sold More Than 1 Lakh Units In July 2010

Maruti SUzuki, India's largest car maker has sold 1,00,857 units of its cars in July 2010. Auto exports hope that the growth in sales will increase further as during August, the company will launch 5 CNG kit fitted models which includes Alto, Eeco, Estilo, Wagon R and Sx4.

Maruti's car market share dropped to 47% last month due to the introduction of new models from rival car makers. But, auto experts feel that Maruti is quickly reacting with introduction of CNG variants of its cars and with launches like Alto K10B (1000 series engine of Alto) Maruti is sure to revive its above 50% market share soon.
