Maruti Swift Parade sets Guinness Records

India's largest car maker, Maruti Suzuki has made a splendid Guinness Record on Sunday (30th May 2010) in Gurgaon by collecting 342 customer cars under one place.

Along with Gurgaon, Chennai and Mumbai also was flooded with Swift customers who came along with their family to celberate the Guinness event.

The new victory in performing the Guinness Record is a victory to all the 4.5 Lakhs Swift owners, said Mayank Pareek, the Executive officer for sales and marketing, Maruti Suzuki.

Maruti manufactures 12000 Swifts in a month from the Gurgaon facility and provides Swift in both 1.2 L petrol and 1.3 L disel variants.
