Hyundai To Showcase i10 In Paris Motor Show

Hyundai is planning to launch the revised i10 car during Paris Motor Show in September 2010. According to Auto car reports, the engine will be a 1.0 L, 4 cylinder petrol that is downsized from the 1.2 L Kappa engine of the current i10. Also, Hyundai will equip the 1.0 L engine with Variable Valve Timing.

Hyundai's 1.0 L Kappa engine will be more efficient one, according to Hyundai. Also, the 1.2 L engine may likely undergo some minor modifications to make it more powerful as well as fuel efficient.

The restored Hyundai i10 will have modified front bumper, sleek headlamps, revised front grille and new ORVM designs. The rear bumper and tail lamps have also been given a facelift. The interiors of new i10 will get a blue back-lit for music player. Overall, i10 facelift will have 86 new parts that includes 8 engine parts as well. With a slightly premium price, Hyundai may launch i10 facelift by Diwali this year.
