58,000 Units Of Figo Hatchback Sold

Ford Figo India sets a record by selling 58,000 hatchback Figo units in the Indian car market till November and the plans are on now to export it to 48 countries. There will be 7000 export of Figo Hatchback units to South Africa by this month end, said its MD for India.

Exports to Nepal has already commenced from October, he added, thereby increasing the sale growth to the company. Ford Figo was launched this March and since then it has been witnessing the sale figure to double and triple for months together.

In another five to six years, there will be new models of Figo to establish a great market for the company in India he asserted. He said the growing demand for its products will give way for better performance.
