Auto Companies Sale Gains In Nov
The most beneficiary auto companies are Maruti, Hyundai, Hero Honda and M&M while Tata Motors has to regret over the sale increase. Maruti posted its one lakh unit this month consecutive for two months and the sale volume stood at 102503 units in the domestic market. This indicates a rise in the Indian automobile industry growth by 34.2% from its sale in the same month of 2009 (76359 units).
The auto companies consultant agent Angel Broking said the growth has been on the expectations but not matching the previous month performance. Auto Companies like Tata Motors could muster the sale rise by just 1% making an overall fall of Nano sale due to issues related to supply chains. However, Tata Motors has done well in commercial and passenger vehicle sale in the domestic market with 50419 units in November against 50114 units in the last year.
Hyundai Motors has received sale of 31540 units against 28162 units making a rise by 12% in the one year period. Hyundai attributed its sale rise to the festival demand for its products despite the shutdown for maintenance, said its Director for marketing and sales.
