Ashok Leyland Has Got Rs125 Crore Order

Ashok Leyland, the flagship auto company of Hinduja group has got orders from the VRL Logistics for vehicles worth Rs125 crore (600 units). The company is making efforts to deliver the vehicles in the New Year.

The order includes 500 units of 3123 multi-axle vehicle and 100 units of 12-metre bus, the combined volume yielding to the tune of Rs125 crore, said Ashok Leyland. VRL, in the logistics field since 1976 has 2691 vehicles and is employing nearly 80% of vehicles from Ashok Leyland and this lot will be added to that volume.

Ashok Leyland"s MD said the success system is based on the provision of vehicles to meet the customer requirements.
