Skoda’s Plans For India

Last year between April and December Skoda was the only car maker that saw an increase in sales by 22% with the Fabia model being the best seller. Now Skoda has announced plans to introduce three more versions of the Fabia in India.

The sports version Fabia Sportline will have a bigger 1.8 liter heart for those who sought better power with the well designed Fabia. There will also be a Fabia Combi, an estate version and the Roomster. With this the portfolio of the Skoda will become versatile. A new Laura is expected to be launched any time soon, to add to the already market leading package. Yeti, an SUV is also mentioned in the talks making Skoda"s approach to India a complete package to everyone.
