Mitsubishi Pajero Gets Your Heart In Your Mouth!
The iconic Mitsubishi Pajero is the most capable Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV). Known the world over for its off-road capabilities, this vehicle attracts the young-hearted and those who seek pure thrill. HM-Mitsubishi has been organising Heart in Mouth rallies in various cities for Pajero aficionados to relish the real taste of Pajero as it celebrates the 'Can Do' spirit - of the legendary machine and its owner. And the strong bond they share on road and off it.
Mr. Pritam Saikia, head - Marketing, HM-Mitsubishi Motors said on the occasion "the heart in mouth experience provides the customer the real capabilities of the Pajero's 4x4 prowess. It aims to prove to the customer that whatever terrain he or she may be in, with a Pajero it becomes a paved road".
The event is being organized for Pajero owners and potential customers in Mumbai as it provides one an opportunity to get away from the humdrum of city life along with the family and drive through the scenic countryside to places one may never have ventured out alone for fear of getting lost or stuck in their regular vehicle. The off-road driving rally will start from The Parks, Navi Mumbai on 6th September '09 around 10: 45 am in which about 40 Pajeros' are expected to participate.
Around 175 participants will experience 50 kms of intense off-road and extreme driving which includes dirt roads, river beds, slushy hills, sandy plains and a bit of tarmac here and there. If any breakdowns occur the service Team from Mitsubishi Motors will be readily available to provide assistance and offer useful driving tips along the way. The drive will culminate at the same flag-off venue around 3:00 pm. Lunch will be served for all participants.
The event will executed with the guidance of Mr. Shrikant Karani of Sportscraft and his team who have substantial expertise in organizing such events. Participants along with their families are expected to have a time-of-their-life. Post the event the participants will also share their experiences with one another.
HM-Mitsubishi has been holding such events across cities where Pajero fan base is in large number. The purpose of conducting these off-road drives is to increase awareness of off-road driving as a form of adventure sports. The company intends to hold such activities on a regular basis and bring all off-road enthusiasts on a common platform.
