Piaggio: Aprilia SR-150 Crossover 2-Wheeler Unveiled At The 2016 Auto Expo
Piaggio, the Italian two-wheeler manufacturer of the Vespa Scooters unveiled the crossover sporty bike, Aprilia SR-150 at the Auto Expo 2016.

The crossover will have a 14-inch wheels like a motorcycle and automatic gears like a scooter. The company also exhibited vehicles from its Vespa and Moto range at the expo today.
Piaggio is looking to target the young riders who are looking to bridge the gap between a scooter and a bike.
Engine & Gearbox
Powered by a 150cc engine which is mated to a automatic transmission.
Suspension & Brakes
The crossover has a telescopic front fork and a scooter like rear shocks. It has a 220mm front disc brake and 140mm drum brakes in the rear.
Design
It indeed looks like a crossover with the front end looking like a bike, however, the wheels look smaller. The rear looks a lot the scooters we have seen in India. Its distinct sporty handlebar, light unit, part of the shield and the pronounced 'beak' on the front wheel.
Availability & Rivals
It may be launched later this year and some its rivals are the newly launched Honda NAVi and other scooters in the market.
