Mahindra To Showcase Its 'XUV Aero' Concept At the 2016 Auto Expo
Mahindra & Mahindra will be showcasing its XUV Aero concept at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo.
Mahindra & Mahindra have realized that the Vehicle design has become an important factor behind the purchase of the vehicle and it will be concentrating on the design language of its vehicles.
"We have seen one or two products fail because of that design. The Indian customers like a little bit of flamboyance, it would be a little over the top. Some experts may say, M&M have gone overboard, I would say, yes M&M has gone overboard by design and not by accident," said Pawan Goenka, executive director at Mahindra & Mahindra.
The Mahindra Group had recently acquired Pininfarina, the global design firm, which has played a part in designing supercars like Ferrari.
The XUV Aero will be displayed among 20 vehicles on display in the first week of the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo. Mahindra & Mahindra will also set up a design studio right at the Auto Expo, to showcase the design process behind the XUV Aero concept.
