Honda Jazz RS Debut Most Likely At 2016 Auto Expo
Honda introduced its all-new and premium hatchback the Jazz in India during mid-2015. Now, the Japanese automobile manufacturer plans on launching a sporty version of the hatchback. The Jazz is most likely to adorn an RS badge during 2016 in the Indian market.
Currently in India, Honda has provided only the Mobilio with an RS option. The Jazz RS option is most likely to make its debut at the 2016 Auto Expo in Delhi. So far, the manufacturer has not confirmed any details and is sure to bring something interesting at the Auto Expo.
The RS model will sport a sporty race inspired body kit. Honda will also equip the Jazz RS with additional creature comforts. There is also a possibility of Honda engineers extracting more performance from their existing engine option in Jazz.
2016 Honda Jazz RS will sport new alloy wheels, glossy black front grille, aerodynamic spoiler, dual exhaust ports, and many more features. The interiors will also be updated for a more sporty and race inspired look. At this moment, Honda sells the Jazz RS model only in the Indonesian market.
Jazz RS by Honda will compete with the likes of Volkswagen Polo GT range and Abarth Punto model. Pricing of Jazz RS will be higher than the existing hatchback sold in India. We expect the Jazz RS by Honda to be priced within Rs. 9 lakh ex-showroom.
