Smart ForJoy Concept, Headed For Frankfurt, Teased
Smart is premium small car brand owned by Daimler, the owners of Mercedes-Benz. If you remember, last year, at the Paris Auto Show, the company showcased a concept car, the Smart ForStars.
The Smart ForStars concept was a quirky, colourful and cheerful little car, which was described as a Sport Utility Coupe. An year later, Daimler has teased us with a sketch of another Smart. This is the Smart ForJoy.
Details about the concept at this point is zero. All we have to go on is the following description and the single sketch. "#Sneakpeek: take a first look at the #design sketch of the upcoming smart Fourjoy, forerunner of a new #smart generation. Stay tuned for more!"
From the looks of it, the ForJoy concept and the ForStars look nothing alike. The sketch shows the doors missing, but this, we presume, is only to let us have a peek into the interior design. Whatever the new Smart concept is, we know these small cars will be an important part of the Daimler family. A brand dedicated to small, electric/hybrid car meant for the city.
