Automobili Lamborghini's 50th anniversary celebratory car, the extremely limited Lamborghini Veneno has been catching the the attention of everyone around the world, be it auto enthusiasts or otherwise. The Veneno is also the most powerful street legal Lamborghini ever produced.
As told earlier, Lamborghini has only built three Veneno hypercars, each costing $3.9 million and all three units were sold to unnamed customers even before the world could even get its first glimpse. Here are official images and the details.

Everything's in the Name
As always, Lamborghini has named its latest hypercar after a legendary Spanish fighting bull. Veneno is the name of one of the strongest and most aggressive fighting bulls ever, which gained a name after it fatally wounded a famous torero José Sánchez Rodríguez.

Powertrain
6.5 liters, 552 kW / 750 HP, V12 engine mated to an "extremely fast shifting" 7 speed ISR transmission.
Permanent all wheel drive
5 driving modes

Performance
Top Speed: 355 km/h (221 mph)
0-100 km/h (62mph): Less than 2.8 seconds

Construction
Lamborghini is known for its expertise with carbon fiber and on the Veneno it shows. The chassis is completely made from a specially developed carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP). But the use of carbon composits extends further to the car's skin and the even the interior, which uses Lamborghini patented materials such as Forged Composite and CarbonSkin.

Design
The Veneno assaults your visual sense with its intimidating bulge and curves, all of which serve a purpose. Right from the aggressively large fenders to the "shark fin" at the back aid in producing downforce and improving aerodynamic efficiency.

Weight
At 1,450 kg (3,190 lbs) the Veneno is 125 kg (275 lbs) lighter than the Aventador, on which it is based. The Veneno has a power to weight ratio of 1.93 km/hp (4,25 lbs/hp) g, clearly explaining the less than 2.8 second timing.
