Frankfurt - Nissan X-Trail Makes Global Debut
The New Nissan X-Trail has been unveiled by President and CEO, Carlos Ghosn at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Nissan is on a constant stride to deliver innovation and the new X-Trail is another step forward to this commitment.
"When we first announced our Nissan Power 88 mid-term plan, we started the most intensive product offensive in our 80 year history," said Ghosn. "The X-Trail we are launching today is evidence of the progress we have made."
"This new X-Trail builds on the reputation earned over three product generations for quality and reliability enhanced by class-leading levels of value, innovation, dynamic performance and premium style," said Ghosn.
The X-trail has established itself as a go-anywhere compact SUV. Nissan has equipped the X-trail with numerous technology and premium first-in-sector features such as Nissan Safety Shield and the new fully integrated, Nissan Connect navigation and infotainment system.

Design ~
The new X-Trail has sleek and stylish lines of a modern crossover with the powerful appeal of a typical SUV.
Nissan has flung-in 19inch wheels which gives thenew X-Trail an imposing look.

Stand-out features are LED headlights - for both high and low beams.

The new X-Trail has a premium and dynamic appearance compared to the previous generation.
The X-Trail features signature Nissan cues such as the ‘boomerang' rear lights.

Interiors ~
The X-Trail interior features include chrome, geometric metallic and piano black finishes.
The interiors is spacious and has a theatre-style seating and the option of two extra seats to make room for seven inside.

Chasis ~
The new X-Trail is adapted with Nissan's advanced electronic four-wheel drive system, ALL MODE 4x4i.
The driver can control the four-wheel drive system via a rotary switch on the centre console.

Technnology ~
The X-Trail will feature NissanConnect in-car navigation, information and entertainment system.
NissanConnect offers Smartphone connectivity, to keep owners connected to the outside world wherever their journey takes them.
