
Tata Motors recently unveiled its new Xenon XT to the world. The pick up truck is targeting a hitherto non existent segment. The five-seater is to be powered by a 2.2 liter Dicor diesel engine with different options. Tata offers it either as a two wheel drive or a four wheel drive. The Xenon XT is a pioneer in India in terms of its size, segment and price.
Tata also has plans of launching six other products including the Nano in the current year. Knowing Tata, we are sure they know what they are doing.

Tata is not going full throttle with its experiment considering the market slowdown. The car will be found only in the select 58 Tata showrooms across the country. The annual production target will also be just 24000 units only. Priced between Rs. 7.3 and 8.6 lakhs, the Xenon is already being exported to Brazil, Saudi Arabia, South Africa and Italy.Tata also has plans of launching six other products including the Nano in the current year.
