The Honda CB Unicorn 150 is an executive commuter motorcycle with a simple yet appealing design. Honda relaunched the Unicorn 150 in 2016 after strong demand. The chrome finished visor on the front cowl, 3D Honda Wing Mark emblem on the tank and body coloured grab rails gives the motorcycle a premium touch.
The bodywork is clean without any decals and the sculpted fuel tank is designed to tuck your knees for a comfortable ride. The engine, side panels and exhaust pipe are blacked-out for a cleaner look. The chrome bit on the side panel adds to the premium look.
The Honda CB Unicorn 150 is powered by a 149.2cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine with a maximum power output of 12.73bhp at 8,000rpm and a peak torque output of 12.80Nm at 5,500rpm. The engine is coupled to a 5-speed gearbox.
The engine is super refined and offers a mix of power and mileage and has been the main reason for the success of the motorcycle. The engine designed for city commuting with the meat of the torque available at 5,500rpm. But at the same time, there is enough grunt as you twist the throttle. The motorcycle can reach a top-speed of 101kmph.
The Honda CB Unicorn 150 is equipped with Honda’s HET technology to boost fuel efficiency. When ridden in urban conditions, the Unicorn 150 returns a decent mileage of 60 km/l.
The Honda CB Unicorn 150 features analog instrument cluster playing host to the tachometer, speedometer and the fuel gauge. The monoshock rear suspension offers a comfortable riding experience. The flexible diamond frame aid is superior handling in the city conditions.
The motorcycle is equipped with 240mm disc up front and 130mm drum brake setup at the rear. Shifting gears is a breeze with the heel and toe gear shift lever. The motorcycle also gets black alloy wheels which match with the overall design.
