Bentley Motors Restructures Operations To Enhance Synergies In EMEA Region Aligned With Beyond100+ Strategy
Bentley Motors has announced a strategic reorganisation of its business operations across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India. These regions will now be grouped under the newly formed EMEA region. This change aims to streamline operations and maximise synergies within these markets.
The EMEA region will encompass 95 retail partners spread across 41 markets. This area represents about one-third of Bentley's global sales volume. Richard Leopold, who has over 17 years of experience with Bentley Motors, will lead this new regional division as the Regional Director.
Leopold expressed his enthusiasm for this new role, stating: "I am extremely excited to continue to collaborate closely with our retail partners to drive the growth of our business across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India under this new guise." His extensive experience in managing complex regional markets positions him well for this leadership role.
The revised structure is designed to enhance Bentley’s operational efficiency and foster growth in its largest single region worldwide. The focus will be on launching new models in line with Bentley's Beyond100+ strategy. Additionally, there will be an emphasis on strengthening the network and improving customer experiences.
This organisational change reflects Bentley’s commitment to adapting its business model to better serve its diverse markets. By aligning these regions under one umbrella, Bentley aims to leverage shared resources and expertise effectively.
The integration of these regions into the EMEA division marks a significant step in Bentley’s global strategy. It underscores the importance of these markets in contributing to the brand’s overall success and growth trajectory.
