This Car Maker Launches Mobile App For Aftersales Support In India
Kia Motors is very well known to load its cars with as many features and tech as possible.
Following that trend, Kia Motors has now launched a new mobile application to further strengthen its aftersales network.
This new mobile application is called 'MyKia' and the mobile application is currently available for both Android and iOS based operating systems. Furthermore, the mobile application itself comes under the South Korean automaker's digitised Omni channel aftersales initiative called the Ownership Programs Online Sales.
Moreover, this initiative by Kia Motors is clearly aimed to offer better transparency and flexibility to its customers by enabling the customers to purchase different Service/Ownership Offerings/Programs such as an Extended Warranty, Accessories, My Convenience and many more from the above-mentioned mobile application.
According to Kia Motors, its latest service initiative reflects the company's customer-centric approach in the Indian automobile market by further improving the accessibility to its customers. Furthermore, Kia India claims that the MyKia (mobile application) is an 'industry-first' integrated customer communication platform in the country.
The application was launched in March 2022 with an aim to offer a seamless experience to its customer throughout their car ownership journey. This application also integrates sales as the application allows customers to book test drives, receive quotations for the car, get video consultations via Digi-Connect, and even book the car.
In addition to these features, the MyKia mobile application also comes with other noticeable features such as Kia News, service appointments, service notifications, Digi Wallet, My Car Dashboard and many more.
