Skoda Kushaq Anniversary Edition Prices Leaked Ahead Of The Launch - Price, Features & More

Now, ahead of the launch of the Skoda Kushaq Anniversary Edition SUV, prices and other details of the special edition SUV has been leaked online. According to the leaked details, the upcoming Skoda Kushaq Anniversary Edition is based on the 'Style' variant of the SUV.

In addition to that, the leaked information also reveals that the Skoda Kushaq Anniversary Edition will be priced Rs 30,000 more than the respective 'Style' variants of the SUV. As such prices of the Skoda Kushaq Anniversary Edition will start from Rs 15.59 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the model equipped with the smaller 1.0 TSI engine and manual transmission and go all the way up to Rs 19.09 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the Kushaq Anniversary Edition equipped with the 1.5 TSI engine and DSG gearbox.

Diving into details about the upcoming Skoda Kushaq Anniversary Edition, the special edition model will sport a few distinct add-ons. This includes 'Anniversary Edition' stickering and badging on the C-pillar, chrome garnish on door sills, and door-end protectors.

In addition to these, the upcoming Skoda Kushaq Anniversary Edition is also said to come with a few more accessories that will be fitted at the dealer level. This includes chrome inserts on the front grille, door sunshades, rear window sun blinds, seat cushions, neck pillows, 3D rubber mats, mud flaps, key fob cover, and body cover.

It is also worth mentioning that Skoda recently reintroduced the larger 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system on the Kushaq 'Style' variants. As such, features such as wireless Apple CarPlay and Android connectivity will be available for users.

In terms of powertrain options, the Skoda Kushaq SUV comes with two engine options, both of which are also available with the upcoming Skoda Kushaq Anniversary Edition. The base powertrain unit continues to be a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder engine with 114bhp of peak power and 178Nm of peak torque. This engine can be specified with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed automatic transmission.

On the other hand, the more powerful 1.5-litre, TSI engine produces 148bhp of peak power and 250Nm of peak torque. While this power unit can also be specified with both manual and automatic transmission options, the automatic gearbox in the variant is a more sophisticated 7-speed DSG unit.

At present, prices for the Skoda Kushaq 'Style' variant starts at Rs 15.29 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the model equipped with the smaller 1.0 TSI engine and manual transmission.
