Mercedes-Benz Organises Unique Customer Engagement Drive Called Luxe Drive
Mercedes-Benz organised a unique customer engagement drive in Bangalore, called the Luxe Drive. The Mercedes-Benz Luxe Drive was aimed at Mercedes owners and potential buyers to give them a one of a kind luxury experience.
The German carmaker associated itself with Gauri Khan Designs and Chef Ritu Dalmia, which was appreciated well by customers. The main reason for organising such an event was to showcase what the Mercedes cars are capable of.
Mercedes-Benz organised three platform to show how the cars handle. First was a twisty section where professional drivers showcased how the CLA and the GLA handled. Customers were taken along for all the rides.
The second platform was for the SUVs. The Mercedes SUVs were taken along a man made course to demonstrate how well the electronic and driver aids helped vehicles tackle off-road activities. The highlight was how the SUVs tackle steep inclines and descents, thanks to its 4MATIC all-wheel drive system and Hill Hold and Descent feature.
The final platform was to showcase the superior Traction Control System (TCS), Acceleration Skid Control (ASR), Brake Assist, and the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS). The final exercise was to showcase how the car will behave under emergency braking and while the driver has to make a sudden move to try and avoid collision.
Other highlights included the entire range of Mercedes-Benz cars on display, amazing food and drinks, Mercedes-Benz merchandise, and an indoor golf course to keep customers engaged.
