The Maruti Suzuki Eeco is an eight-seater MPV; replacing the Versa in the Indian market. The boxy MPV offering from the Indian car brand comes with an old-school design. It gets sporty body graphics on either sides of the MPV. Maruti Suzuki offers the Eeco in either a seven or eight-seater configuration. The Maruti Suzuki Eeco also comes with sliding doors, providing easy entry and exit for the MPV. The boxy design of the Eeco is slightly better than the Omni, while also offering a better looking design. Maruti Suzuki recently updated the Eeco with better quality bumpers while also being equipped with small headlamp and tail lights. Maruti Suzuki also offers the Eeco with a CNG variant. The CNG-powered engine churns out 61bhp and 85Nm of torque. This engine continues to be mated to the same five-speed manual gearbox as the petrol-powered engine. The Maruti Suzuki Eeco offers a smooth ride, with decent power delivery. The MPV comes with a manual steering wheel, making it tough to navigate hard turns. There is also a lot of jerkiness felt, especially in the second row of seats, due to the short wheelbase of the Eeco.

The Maruti Suzuki petrol variant comes with a fuel tank capacity of 35-litres and a claimed ARAI-certified fuel efficiency figure of 15.37km/l. The CNG variant of the Maruti Suzuki Eeco, on the other hand, comes with a fuel tank capacity of 60-litres. It offers a claimed ARAI-certified mileage of 21.94kg/km.
