Tork Motors was one of the first start-up companies in the country to showcase their electric motorcycle in the market, and the product had created much stir in the Indian automotive market.

Initially, the electric motorcycle from Tork Motors was named 'T6X', but the all-electric motorcycle has been renamed as 'Kratos' before the launch.

According to Tork Motors, the Kratos is the first vertically integrated electric vehicle in India and the start-up company is expected to commence deliveries of the electric motorcycle within a couple of months from its launch.

Speaking about the Tork Kratos, the electric motorcycle is powered by the company's proprietary 'Tork LIION' battery pack with advanced Axial flux topology. According to Tork Motors, this setup allows extracting the highest peak power and range.

Apart from this, the Tork Kratos will feature the company's signature Tork Intuitive Response Operating System (TIROS). This system according to Tork Motors is an intelligence system that aides urban users for an 'unparallel riding experience'.

Moreover, the TIROS is used for technical analysis, power management, real-time power consumption, data compilation on each ride. According to Tork Motors, TIROS will play a critical role in complementing the rider and the motorcycle.

Tork Motors says that the upcoming Tork Kratos is equipped with fast-charging capabilities and 4G telemetry for data and service support.

The company claims that the Tork Kratos has improved ergonomics, a new version of the split seat for improved seating comfort during city rides. The Tork Kratos will also come with features such as LED headlights and led taillamps.

Thanks to continuous research and improvement, Tork Motors has also equipped the Kratos with a larger battery pack that has more range and faster charging capability.

According to Tork Motors, customers can book the Kratos online right after the virtual launch of the electric motorcycle.

Speaking about Tork Motors, the company has filed more than 50 patents and designs under Intellectual Property Rights to bolster its R&D and cutting-edge technology since the inception of the company.

Since 2018, Bharat Forge Limited (BFL) has been the strategic investor for Tork Motors via its subsidiary Kalyani Powertrain Ltd.
