Recently, an owner of Ola S1 electric scooter clocked 202km on a full charge, making him the first Ola S1 owner to break the 200km barrier on a single charge. To achieve this feat, the owner was riding his Ola S1 electric scooter in the ‘ECO' mode and was doing an average speed of around 48km/h.

Following this, Mr Aggarwal has announced a 200km challenge for all its customers via a tweet. According to Ola Electric's claims, the Ola S1 electric scooter can cover 121km on a single charge, whereas the Ola S1 pro electric scooter can do 181km on a full charge. However, these figures are likely to go down in real-world conditions.

The difference in range boils down to the size of the battery pack. The Ola S1 uses a smaller 2.98kWh battery pack, whereas the Ola S1 Pro comes with a larger 3.97kWh battery pack.

Despite the large battery packs, the Ola electric scooter is a very practical electric scooter with its large 50-litre under-seat storage.
