The 2022 Hero Xtreme is offered in three different guises. The base Xtreme 160R Single Disc variant is priced at Rs 1,17,148. The Xtreme 160R Dual Disc has a price tag of Rs 1,20,498. The top-spec Xtreme 160R Stealth is priced at Rs 1,22,338.

Hero has updated the Xtreme 160R for 2022 with a revised seat design and new split grab rail. Another change comes in the form of gear position indicator on the dashboard. However, everything else on the bike remains unchanged.
2022 Hero Xtreme 160R Specs
The Hero Xtreme 160R continues to draw power from a 163cc single cylinder, fuel injected, air cooled engine. The engine for the Hero Xtreme 160R pushes out 15bhp at 8,500rpm and 14Nm of peak torque at 6,500rpm. Power is sent to the rear wheel via chain drive and a 5-speed gearbox with a 1-up, 4-down shift pattern.
Braking duties depending on the variant are handled by either a single disc brake (276mm) at the front and a 130mm drum at the rear or by disc brakes on both ends (220m disc at the rear). The brakes are aided by single channel ABS.

The Hero Xtreme 160R is 2,029mm long, 793mm wide and 1,052mm tall. The wheelbase of the Hero Xtreme 160R is 1,327mm long while the ground clearance is 167mm. The Hero Xtreme 160R weighs 138.5 kilogrammes while the fuel tank can hold up to 12 litres of petrol and 1.9-litres in reserve.

The Hero Xtreme 160R continues to feature what Hero calls the droid full-LED headlamp along with LED turn signals. Other design highlights include the stealthy H-shaped LED taillight, the stubby side-slung exhaust and the muscular fuel tank.
Other features include an inverted LCD console with 5-way adjustable brightness control, hazard lights, and a USB charger for your phones. The Hero Xtreme 160R is offered in 4 colour options - Pearl Silver White, Vibrant Blue, and Xtreme Stealth (Stealth Edition only).
