Revolt Motors had introduced two new electric motorcycles in the Indian market last year: Revolt RV300 and the RV400. These two new products in the Indian market are the country's first AI-enabled electric motorcycles. However, due to the COVID-29 pandemic, the company had to put a halt at the production of the two-wheelers.

Now since the Government has eased up the lockdown in the country, Revolt has delivered its first batch of the RV300 and the RV400 in Ahmedabad and Chennai. In Ahmedabad, the EV brand operates out of Revolt Hub Naroda and Revolt Hub Himalaya Mall, while in Chennai the company operates out of Revolt Hub Velachery and Revolt Hub Anna Nagar.

Both the RV300 and the RV400 were initially available only in Delhi and Pune last year. Before mentioning the differences between the two motorcycles, let's look at some of the common features between the two electric motorcycles.

Both electric motorcycles, the Revolt RV400 and RV300 come with LED headlamps, LED tail lights, fully-digital instrument cluster, inverted front forks, mono-shock suspension and disc brakes at either end. Both electric bikes also feature AI-enabled technology, offering a host of additional features as well.

Both the RV300 and RV400 are powered by a lithium-ion battery pack. However, the battery on the RV300 is slightly smaller, rated at 60V/2.7kW while the RV400 gets a larger 72V/3.24kW battery. The Revolt RV300 electric bike comes with a maximum range of 180km on a single charge. The RV300 electric motorcycle is available in three modes. The Eco mode restricts the top speed to 25km/h while offering a range of 180km, the normal mode increases top speed to 45km/h while decresing the range to 110km and the sport mode reduces the range to just 80km while offering a top speed of 85km/h.

The Revolt RV400 also comes with the same set of riding modes. The RV400 comes with a maximum range of 150km on a single charge in eco mode with a top speed to 45km/h, in normal mode, the range reduces to 110km while top speed goes up to 65km/h and on the Sport mode the motorcycle has a top-speed of 85km/h with a range of 80km.

The company has also introduced a subscription model that required no down payment. The RV300 is available for Rs. 2,999 per month, while on the other hand, the RV400 is available at Rs. 3,999 per month.
