Mahindra Mojo 300 ABS Offered With Free Shiro Helmet: New Referral Offer Introduced
Mahindra Two-Wheelers has announced a new offer on its lone-surviving model in the BS6 era, the Mojo. The naked motorcycle is being offered with a free Shiro helmet worth Rs 4,901 across the country.
The Mahindra Mojo free helmet offer is valid for purchases made between December 1 and 31, 2020. The company is also offering a referral offer for existing customers this month. The Mojo owners have a chance to win full-gauntlet riding gloves for referring a new customer to the brand. The gloves will be given to the existing owners after the successful purchase from the referred customers.
The Mahindra Mojo retails at a starting price of Rs 1.99 lakh for the base-spec Black pearl variant, while the Garnet Black paint scheme of the motorcycle retails at Rs 2.06 lakh. The top-spec Ruby Red and Ruby Agate cost Rs 2.11 lakh. All price are ex-showroom (India).
The BS6 Mahindra Mojo is powered by the liquid-cooled, single-cylinder 294.7cc engine. It produces a maximum of 25.35bhp at 7,300rpm and a peak torque of 26.0Nm at 6,000rpm. The engine comes mated to a six-speed gearbox.
Apart from the new colours, no other cosmetic changes are expected on the Mojo BS6 bike. It continues to feature the appealing dual headlamps setup, a semi-digital instrument cluster, 21-litre large fuel tank and more.
The motorcycle was well-suited for long-distance travelling with a relaxed riding position with a seat height of 815mm. Suspension duties are handled by a telescopic fork at the front and a mono-shock setup at the rear.
Braking on the motorcycle is done via 320mm disc brake with a radially-mounted calliper at the front and a 240mm disc brake at the rear. Mahindra offers the Mojo with a dual-channel ABS as standard. However, the motorcycle is slightly on the heavier side tipping the scale at 186.2kgs kerb.
Other highlights include a twin-pod headlamp unit, a sculpted fuel tank, a step-up single-piece seat, a semi-digital instrument cluster that displays speed, gear position, an odometer, and a trip-meter, a side-mounted exhaust system, and large radiator covers.
Thoughts About The Mahindra Mojo 300 ABS December Offer
Mahindra is looking to boost sales of the Mojo motorcycle model in the Indian market. The company is offering a good helmet to secure the rider's safety along with the purchase of a new motorcycle. Existing customers will also have a chance to get good riding gloves for getting their mates to buy the new Mojo motorcycle.
