KTM & Husqvarna Prices Increase Announced In India: Here Is The New Price List
KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles have received the latest round of price increase in the Indian market. Motorcycles from both brands have received the price hike ranging between Rs 1,200 and Rs 8,500, depending on the model.
Starting with the KTM models, the company has increased the price of select models in its line-up. The recently launched KTM 125 Duke and the KTM 250 Adventure are not part of the price revision from the company.
The KTM RC 125 has received the least hike out of all the KTM models. Price for the entry-level fully-faired motorcycle goes up by Rs 1,279 and now retails at Rs 1.61 lakh, ex-showroom. While the 390 Duke has attracted the maximum increase in pricing of Rs 8,517. The naked motorcycle now retails at Rs 2.66 lakh, ex-showroom.
After the Duke 390, the next model to attract the highest price increase is the 250 Duke. Price for the KTM Duke 250 has gone up by Rs 4,738 and now costs Rs 2.14 lakh, ex-showroom. The brand's flagship fully-faired motorcycle, the RC 390's pricing has been increased by Rs 3,539. The motorcycle now retails at Rs 2.56 lakh, ex-showroom.

The KTM Duke 200 and the 390 Adventure have received a marginal price hike from the brand. The prices have been hiked by Rs 1,923 and Rs 1,442, respectively. The 200 Duke retails at Rs 1.78 lakh, while the brand's flagship motorcycle, the Adventure 390 costs Rs 3.05 lakh, after the latest price increase.
Moving to the Husqvarna motorcycle, there are only two motorcycles available under the brand name in the Indian market, the Svartpilen 250 and the Vitpilen 250. Both models are a unique offering in the 250cc segment in the country.
The Husqvarna Svartpilen 250 is a scrambler motorcycle and features dual-purpose MRF Revz FD tyres, flatter seat, tank rack to hold a bag, and most importantly a dual-tone silver-grey paint scheme.
While the Vitpilen 250 is a cafe-racer and features low-set clip-on handlebars, MRF Revz FC 1 soft compound tyres, and a dual-tone white & grey paint finish. The Vitpilen 250 features a more aggressive riding position of the two.
However, both motorcycles have received a price hike of Rs 1,790 by the company in its latest round of price hike. The Svartpilen 250 and the Vitpilen 250 now retail at Rs 1.86 lakh. All prices mentioned above are ex-showroom (Delhi).
Thoughts About The KTM & Husqvarna Prices Increased In India
KTM motorcycles are among the most popular models for two-wheeler buyers in the Indian market. After the BS6 transition, the company has increased the prices of its models several times in the country. However, no further changes or upgrades have been made to the motorcycles. The company is yet to announce the reason behind the latest round of price increase in the market.
