Services include getting a motorcycle repaired and or towing it to the service station in a safe manner, and Jawa Motorcycles' Roadside Assistance is available across the brand's network in the country. Customers can reach RSA via a toll free contact center that operates 24X7.
Coverage is provided round the clock for up to 100 kilometers, and services include roadside repair, home repair, fuel assistance, and replacement of lost keys. Roadside Assistance will also help tow that motorcycle and relay urgent messages in case of a breakdown.
Other services include fixing a dead battery, fixing flat tyres, minor repairs, and leaving messages with friends and family, if required. Jawa's RSA support also offers medical coordination.
Jawa Motorcycles have not revealed any limitations to the just about launched RSA services. The brand has not mentioned any limitations to the number of times help can be called for, and has not mentioned anything about other charges that can be incurred in case services and repairs need more time.
Jawa Motorcycle's Roadside Assistance is available on a yearly basis and is priced between Rs 1,000 and Rs 1,300 per year. For example, the price for RSA in the eastern parts of the country stands at Rs 1.050.
The brand recently started deliveries for its Jawa Perak model a week in advance of schedule. Jawa has not revealed how many motorcycles have already been delivered and how many the brand has to deliver.
As is, customers who have booked the motorcycle during January this year are expected to receive their motorcycles only during August and September.
Thoughts About The Jawa Motorcycles Roadside Assistance Program
Jawa seems to be running a little late, as usual. Roadside Assistance is something that most manufacturers offer at the get-go, especially when a new motorcycle has been introduced in the market. The brand seems to be developing a penchant for being fashionably late.
