Yamaha Announce New Service Campaign For India: Extended Warranty, RSA & More
Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer Yamaha, has announced a new service campaign in India. Called the 'Yamaha Lifetime Quality Care' is launched to provide their customers an enhanced ownership experience.
The company aims to provide hassle-free ownership of their motorcycles with the new service and maintenance campaign. The new maintenance scheme is part of the Yamaha's Call of the Blue Season 2 campaign. The new scheme is offered to both new and existing customers across the country.
The Yamaha Lifetime Quality Care includes RoadSide Assistance (RSA), extended warranty, pick-up and drop during service, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). The new program is available on both the motorcycle and scooter line-up in the company's line-up.
Yamaha's new service scheme also offers a one-stop maintenance solution for the owners. This includes a 90-minute service time per vehicle for a more hassle-free experience. With the new initiative the company aims to reduce the service time of a vehicle, by a trained Yamaha technicians.
Ravinder Singh, Senior Vice President, Strategy & Planning, Yamaha Motor India, said, the new scheme will help the customers to maintain their bikes and keep it new for years. Under the new scheme, the company will be able to designed to identify, diagnose and offer optimum maintenance to the Yamaha's two-wheelers.
The company will soon roll out the new Yamaha Lifetime Quality Care service scheme to the existing and new customers based on their usage patterns and choices from October 2019.
Alongside this, Yamaha India is also gearing up to introduce its BS-VI compliant motorcycles and scooters in the country soon. The company had confirmed earlier that they will roll out BS-VI compliant versions of its products by the end of this year. Yamaha will introduce BS-VI models of their motorcycles, Initially.
However, the scooter range complying with the upcoming BS-VI emission norms will be introduced by January 2020. Adding to the BS-VI motorcycles getting launched by the company, Yamaha will be launching a new model to the Indian market — here are all the details.

Yamaha is offering new service campaign to enhance ownership experience for the new and existing customers. Through this offer the company aims to attract more customers amidst the current auto slowdown. However, the service campaign is also a good option to first time motorcycle buyers, having that extra support from the company in case of any breakdown during the journey.
