The Lean Angle Mode uses the gyroscopic sensor on the owners phone to record the rider's lean angle through corners and displays it on the instrument cluster. The Race Telemetry records and summarises data at the end of every ride or race.

Thoughts About The New Connected Instrument Cluster

We are impressed with what TVS has brought to the instrument cluster, but we think there was really no need for the Lean Angle Mode at all. We expect a lot of ‘falls' will be a result of the rider wanting to look at the lean angle while in a corner. This is a feature that should be accessible only after the rider has finished this ride. Yes, we understand that it is built more for track than for street, but we're sure TVS knows that most folk in India cannot afford track time.
