Kawasaki has started accepting bookings for its 2020 Ninja ZX-14R motorcycle in India. The 2020 version will carry the same price tag as the 2019 model which is currently priced at Rs 19.70 lakh (ex-showroom, India).
The Kawasaki dealers have also confirmed that the new bike will only be available in limited numbers and also the bookings will be open for a limited time only. The new bike will be available in an all-new paint scheme as well.
2020 Kawasaki ZX-14R will feature a dual-tone color scheme called Metallic Diablo Black/Golden Blazed Green. The new paint looks more appealing with more blacks areas on the bike, as compared to the current-gen model's Green rich paint scheme.
The 2020 ZX-14R will be sold in limited numbers because of the motorcycle featuring a BS-IV compliant engine. The company plans to clear off the stock well before the implementation of stricter BS-VI emission norms which will come into effect from April 1, 2020.
Apart from the new colour scheme the motorcycle will remain unchanged. However, there are rumors about 2020 Ninja ZX-14R will be the final iteration of the superbike, before Kawasaki gives it a complete makeover soon. The engine comes mated to a six-speed gearbox. The superbike also features Kawasaki's three-mode KTRC (Kawasaki Traction Control System). It also features dual channel ABS for added safety as well.

Thoughts About The Kawasaki 2020 Ninja ZX-14R
Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R is a superbike that everyone would like to get their hands-on. However, with its current form and a BS-IV engine the limited number strategy makes sense. The company needs to upgrade their line-up soon to make them comply with the upcoming stricter emission norms. The Ninja ZX-14R rival against the Suzuki Hayabusa; among other superbikes in the market.
